Cara is known for including messages on mental health, kindness and love of self in her songs. Everything stems from her personal experience as she struggled with mental health issues and insomnia. The guitar was gifted to her from her parents at the time she turned 10 which ignited the passion for music. She began covering the songs she loved at 13 to prove to that world that she could sing and had the confidence required to become the next singer. A cover of one of her songs, Sweater Weather, was the one that got her attention. EP Entertainment gave her the opportunity to create and compose her own music.
